Coaching + Fractional Leadership
For select coaching clients who need hands-on support during major transformation.
Sometimes you need more than coaching conversations. When you’re restructuring teams, implementing complex change, or scaling through a critical growth phase, you need someone in the work with you.
I only offer fractional work to clients I’m already coaching. The coaching relationship is the foundation. Fractional support is what I add when the transformation demands it.
When this makes sense:
- You’re already working with me as your coach, and
- You’re navigating a specific transformation that requires hands-on leadership
- Examples: team restructuring, building new functions, implementing AI or complex change, scaling leadership capability across the business
What this adds to our coaching work:
- Direct collaboration with your leadership team (typically 2-4 days per month)
- Hands-on work: team design, process implementation, leadership development, strategic planning
- I’m not observing from the sidelines. I’m in it with you.
